DoTel Inc. and AscenTech Solutions Inc. is seeking a customer focused multi-service self-motivated individual to join our team!!
Experience providing telephone, desktop, software and troubleshooting and providing exceptional customer service is ideal. The candidate will also need to do some field installation and repair work within various customer sites and installations. We specialize in providing installation, maintenance and repair support for business telephony.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and high-quality installations
- Installation and service repair support for business phones
- Work and service call scheduling within your geographic regions to ensure we are reaching customers in a timely way.
- Self-motivated and highly organized to manage time and support calls with minimal direction
- Be highly adaptable and flexible to constantly changing technical environment.
Experience with telephone support a plus but not necessary, will train hard working, willing to learn candidates. Experience in providing desktop and managed IT support will be critical for the person in this role.
